home treatment for covid-19 patient

 first Think if in your home any family member got covid then you should keep them in the isolation and then you just tel them to always stay hydrated make sure you gys provide them seprate room,toilets andother thing .you should need a thermometer and blood pesser  checking machine or pulse mesuring equipment  to try to know situation of the body .never panic always keep calm tell them for watching their favourite show. prove food which is more nutritious and more fibers.isolation is important puls mesuring reading sign. you can measre three thing in every 6 hours ocygen saturation if 97% more then its good no need any hospitals .you can take parcetamol twice if oxygen saturation less then you sleep in mouth at bed side so it will increse that pulse of the oxygen , oxygen saturation incrses respiratory rate improve you try to take find xygen cylender.Drug for tratment- (1)dexamethasone Tablet 0.5 mg.OR Dexonol0.5mg - 6mg/day .

(2) PREDNISONE 40 MG 

(3) METHYLPREDNISOLONE 30 MG 

(4) HYDROCORTISONE 150 MG 

You can give anyone of them it will be useful but always remember doses and priscription we as pharmacy people care about if patient is going to sleep say tem to sleep at prone side so pulse rate and oxygen level of the body will increse .simple but sceince approval to incrse the oxygen level of the body.

other then use paracetamol always keep patient hydrated keep pationets leg moment, does not affect oxygen circultion of the body never keep them totally on the bed .you need oxygen cylender so try to get oxygen .You can use Nasal canula NASAL CANNULA THIS WILL HELP TO OXYGEN FLOW WITH OXYGEN CYLENDER OXYGEN FLOW RATE START LOW WITH 2 TO 4 LIT/MIN MAINTAIN YOU CAN GO AT 6LIT/MIN IF OXYGEN INCRSES THAT PATIENT CHACK WITH PLUS .
